SOLVED PROBLEMS #1 - WINDOWS 7 AERO ISSUE

HI PEOPLE I AM CHANGING MY TRACK TO SOMETHING WHICH WILL BE VERY USEFUL TO ALL AND TO WHICH I AM REALLY GOOD AT...

PROLOGUE-
i have bought a new graphics card asus eah hd5670 and installed it into my computer motherboard.
everything went ok till i discovered windows aero was not turning on
i went on countless tools online including how to force on windows aero.... nothing did really work in my case.

THE first TRIAL
1. i searched my entire registry for a folder called DWM (desktop windows display manager) & found none
2. i tried to do add some values into registry thinking that it will be helpful, but actually it worsened the problem
END --- deleted all newly added folders in registry and closed it down, had the problem solved (which i created!)
Verdict- there is no dwm folder in registry for Win7 its only useful for win vista

THE Second TRIAL
1. as per think digit user mohiuddin i tried uninstalling my current version of ATI and reinstalled with ATI catalyst HOTFIX V.10.10e
2. was not helpfull but he had a point,
3. then a singh commented about uninstalling everything by clean sweep method.( however he didn't tell how to do a clean sweep.)

THE Victorious TRIAL
TODAY MORNING I woke UP WITH A NEW IDEA ...
I BOOTED UP MY COMPUTER AND
1. ON THE DESKTOP SCREEN I CHANGED THE RESOLUTION TO THE LOWEST . (IN MY CASE IT WAS (800*600)
2. Then i went to control panel and uninstalled entire ati catalyst bundle with application profiles (virtually get rid of anything that says ati catalyst in your uninstaller window ) i think thats what asingh wanted to say.
it will blink and flash the screen for sometime.(step 1 is a must ) Now you will find your aero has returned
if not wait
3. now right click on your my computer icon at desktop and select properties, then select device manager ok now go an select display adapters from the list if your graphics card alone is shown there right click and uninstall it . if its shown along with some other stuff ....(in my case there was a PSP display driver), which i disabled it by right clicking and selcting disable .
Now do a hardware scan for new devices within the device manager screen. Windows will install drivers for you graphics card. Now you are good to go your aero will be running
however if you experience problem with gaming i advice you to download and install 10.11 or 10.10 e hotfix form amd ati website.
during installation please select custom and remove anything clled amd gamer osd or so

(you only need ati catalyst control center and wm9 and playback and atmost the ati driver)

thats it enjoy gaming

People give this a thought, kerala was once the rice and agricultural capital of India. That time people was immune to most of the hardships around us many diseases included.
now tell me an item which we buy from grocery shops is actually being made in Kerala. Gandhiji once said a in India we are ought to abide our agriculture till the end of days, do you know why just go back 5 years when our paddy production was 80% more than that of now and compare the prices of all the commodities we purchase today.
People i have seen countless processions against government for increasing commodity price, are they really the culprits, if every single of one of those people who went for strike actually started a green army or something and spend a week in their households cultivating some vegetables it would have been fruitful
From here if we do not resume our true genes which are 101% programmed for farming there will be a time that whole of kerala would be in ruins, ruined by our neighbor states mainly tamil nadu with all their Pesticide rich crops and vegetables. So don't be a fool, start reforming yourselves and others. People one thing is for sure when god created his country he made every inch of its soil fertile try it at your homes.
This saturday instead of queuing in BIG BAZAR for grocery purchase start courtyard farming in your household. Believe me it's fun and atleast 100 times healthy than anything you could get from The BAzars.
Act before its too late to bring down the rising prices it is the only way left force them to bring down the prices

Roads - Do they define a nations pride

I don't know whether it is a fact or not that the roads actually defining the progress of a countries progress towards development may be i have been given wrong information about this . When our economy reports huge profits from various trading and taxing incomes why is it so naive to check about its roads.

I decided to interview few officials in PWD about this fact and i did meet a few. Most of them were very busy (God knows why where the busy!!). If they were actually doing there job since past 2 years surely our roads will not have suffered such a bad fate. Among the few which had time for a chat was all blaming either the government for not releasing funds or the climate for being such harsh and they even blamed the trees!! what a point .
I pointed out the fact that all pwd funds were allocated to state from January 2010 and so far not even pothole closing was done in our local road (which actually the shortest way to reach MC road from NH-47 and is a part of Varkala- Nilamel tourism plan ) leave annual maintanance. The reply was much of which i expected blame the govenment or MLAs or Ministers (Nice they are doing a great job).

With all these in-activeness super-added with corruption, the development of our country is set to continue the downward spiral since independence. It's not just with this government but with every government we put up for taking care of us. All are leeches feeding our blood in the form of taxes we pay. Every year they introduce a new tax or hike something, reasons either unknown or so absurd.

We pay our govenment more than 400crore towards taxes every year on purchase of new vehicles (kerala alone) . If the government allocates atleast this amount to the road development. Guess what we could have a good hassle free drive in the Major roads in kerala.
And one more point where the hell is the annual maintanance team for the new roads.

So if Roads do define a nations pride, then our pride is an useless bitch. Which is not so important in the eyes of our own law makers and enforcers

I HAVE ONCE READ THAT ALMOST 80% OF TRAVELS END IN HOSPITALS........

But mine, i guess have started from an hospital. In Trivandrum. Reason why i was there and where the hospital is not so important in this blog. So i am not publishing that right now. But will reply to any questions later on this blog.
I spent about 8 hours in the hospital wandering here and there. I just wanted to find something new in this hospital which i have visited more than half a dozen times for various reasons, few times for my own needs.
I guess its one of the most nicely maintained and operated hospitals in The Capital City, I remember my first visit to this hospital, then i was waiting for results of my entrance exams.
I was really astonished to see the reception area of the hospital it was like an airport reception counter. The best part was that there was only two people in the queue (today there was atleast a dozen people waiting in front of me for getting a visitors pass.).
Its boring right..so no more detailing about the hospital will come to it later someday....

On my stay in the hospital today i spent more time outside our pay-ward room than inside it.
Routine started as usual with Texting (virtually killing) my freinds with stupid forwarded smses. that wasn't enough to kill time so took up on a stroll in entire hospital from ground floor to top 11th floor... thank god the lift was working at all the time and there was little rush in the morning. Occasionally had to avoid glares from security guards in each floor..... freaks, they looked like they owned the floor ......
at one time i accidentally stepped into the maternity ward i saw some angels (babies) in the room but couldn't keep admiring them for long i was pushed out by a nurse , cute nurse though ...he he
running around in places is my thing i do it a lot but never been depressed in the end so far but i have to admit HOSPITALS are the GLOOMIEST places you will ever be ..... i know i don't need to explain "why", because you all know.
So my search for the HAPPIEST Place starts from today .......:)

but i found somethig scenic in here too, Spare the girls i didn't see any...:)
